SPRING 2025: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The free, or "No Sticker," weeks are offered two (2) weeks in the spring from April 7th-18, 2025.
• From May 1 to November 1 of each year, property owners must cut or destroy all grass, weeds, vines, brush, or other growth before it exceeds 10 inches in height or within 200 feet of any developed area or urban street. In other areas, all weeds, vines, brush, or other growth must be cut or destroyed when it exceeds 2 feet.
• GARAGE/YARD SALE REGULATIONS 
  • Residents are allowed three garage/yard sales per year.
  • Sales must be held during daylight hours and cannot last more than 3 consecutive days.
  • Signs cannot be posted in the right-of-way. Signs posted in the right-of-way may be removed by City Staff. 
    • The right-of-way is generally the area between the street curb and the sidewalk.
